Planet Model

Key Planet is an internationally renowned pioneer in the design of a new urban model, which is being applied to all residential and touristic projects in which we participate. 

In the new International service era, changes not only affect communications, the economy and society. People’s habitats are changing; the work environment has shifted, sometimes towards home or hotels were more time is being spent, daily free time has increased in both environments. In sum, the “quality of life” model us demanded in a person’s entire environment – hospitality, business and leisure.

Current projects do not respond to this new scenario and hence there is the need to develop new urban concepts more focused on people and their needs. Against this background, the “Planet model” was developed.A planet is a temporary or permanent habitat model that integrates bio-social eco-systems, which are capable of defining a complete life concept (HBL). Each planet responds to a group of products and service clusters, which consider all the individuals’ necessities thus making each planet unique and different. 

A group of planets in a residential model, or local planet network, is the new urban concentration model that provides an alternative to the obsolete model of cities. Planet focuses on the development of mixed projects, bringing to the forefront first residences against a pure holiday/vacational model. From the tourism point of view, a group or network of planets is a new model of tourism destination, of urban hotel clusters which respond to the current user needs. This breaks the traditional model of beach and sun, or restaurant and conference centre. The integration of innovative differentiating services and the immersion into the local culture from an economic and cultural model offer huge benefits to all the components of the service chain.
